What should I do if...

I forgot my ID card

I must report to the ID office, where I need to leave a photo ID to receive a temporary card. This temporary card does not allow time tracking, so every employee must check in and out personally at the tax center.

I am late for any reason

call 0664 835 7479 immediately and start working as soon as possible.

I am sick

I must report my sick leave as soon as possible by calling 0664 835 7479 and, if possible, provide the estimated duration. And I will notify my Supervisor too.

I am declared fit for work by a doctor

As soon as possible (immediately after the doctor declares me fit for work), I must call 0664 835 7479 to report the end of my sick leave. And I will notify my Supervisor too.

I leave FWAG

In this case, I must return my parking card, locker key, scanner holder, and work clothes (including shoes) to the tax center after my last shift.

The ID card must be returned to the ID office.

In case of other incidents

I must call 0664 835 7479 and asking about what to do in the given situation.
